Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. One person may not maintain more than one account for the purpose of abusing ratings, leaderboards, or moderation systems.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

User content

Comments and ratings must not contain harassment, spam, or illegal material. Developers warrant they own or license all uploaded game assets. We may remove content that violates these rules without prior notice.

Virtual goods & subscriptions

Coins and premium memberships are licensed for use on Kithplay only. Refunds follow our billing provider policies except where required by law. We may modify coin pack pricing or membership benefits with reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

Kithplay is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of third-party games embedded on the platform. Developers remain responsible for their own titles.
